The Annual Symposium of the Bio-NMR NRW Network (Bio-N3MR) brings together researchers from across North Rhine-Westphalia to discuss recent advances in biomolecular NMR spectroscopy. Hosted by the Friedrich group at the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry on 2 September 2026, the symposium will feature invited lectures by Sigrid Milles (FMP Berlin), Kendra Frederick (University of Texas Southwestern), Philip Wurm (Bruker BioSpin), and Thibault Viennet (Aarhus University), alongside selected talks and posters from the Bio-N3MR network. The programme covers a broad range of topics in biomolecular NMR, including chemical-biology approaches to studying protein regulation, endocytosis and protein disorder, atomic-resolution studies inside cells, structural investigations of RNA, and much more.
